Thank you for elaborating on this idea. In your last version, one comment was posted related to whether the community wants to build reservoirs and whether they "own" the idea. I agree with Isiah who made this point in your last version and think this is a very important component of your project being successful. What could you do to work closely with the community or communities in Northern Uganda to assess their interest in this project? How could you facilitate Ugandans to own the project and for it to become their project?

Thanks for continuing the work on details and concepts. The mixing of macro and mirco catchments is wise. While I would prefer testing this in the less severe environment of the Acholi (north central Uganda) than in the Karamajong area, we know people and project partners in both areas. This is a real felt need in these areas.
I am pleased to see that you took this proposal format beyond text. I did not realize that it could be done. I wish that we had used photos and grapics from the beginning. It makes so much sense in this public forum.
