Announcement: Winners of Africa Rural Connect Essay Contest!
The National Peace Corps Association and the World Policy Journal are pleased to announce Ali Djeffarou (J.T. Simms) is the first-place winner of the Africa Rural Connect Essay Contest with World Policy Journal. Second place goes to Michael Norton. Both winning essays will be published in the Fall 2010 issue of World Policy Journal, one of the leading foreign policy publications in the United States, published by the World Policy Institute.
