Voice of America Interview Broadcast in Swahili
The Swahili version of Africa Rural Connect's Voice of America Interview aired September 22, 2009
Yesterday, ARC Project Manager, Molly Mattessich's interview with Mwamoyo Hamza, producer for Voice of America's East Africa Divison, was broadcast in Swahili across Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and DRC, as well as Swahili speaking areas in West Africa, Southern Africa and the Middle East. The two discuss the importance of African participation in the dialoguing and idea-sharing that takes place in the Africa Rural Connect Community. You can check out the Swahili version below:

The idea has not only received tons of online feedback through comments and endorsements since its creation, but also sits right now in eighth place on ARC's contest leaderboard.
