The Kuyu Project is a Digital Literacy Wiki aimed at teaching African High School Students how to use social media to make a positive impact in their communities.

By doing this, we are essentially fueling their dreams and aspirations which may one day become the solutions and innovations that will change Africa positively.
We plan on achieving this by using wiki's which will have crowdsourced content based on 5 general social media themes:
- Create
- Connect
- Collaborate
- Share
- Learn
The aim of crowdsourcing this content is to get people to get to contribute tools and techniques that can help the students achieve this.
