Hydraform Machines for Production and Supply Hydraform Building Blocks

We Kamachumu Environment Care Association (KECA) intend to embark to the production and supply of unique interlocking hydraform building blocks which are produced from Laterite (Building sand/sub soil and 5-10% cement). Hydraform blocks are not burnt (thus will avoid the depletion of our forests comparing to the commonly burnt bricks). Hydraform blocks are interlocking thus minimizing the need for mortar hence minimizing the building costs. So that KECA submit an idea request to buy a Hydraform machine as forest and an environment protection.

Environmental Friendliness - A major feature of the Hydraform blocks is that it is produced under high compression from subsoil, without the need for the wood, gas or coal to burn bricks. Hydraform Interlocking Dry- Stacked Face Brick work has less than one third the embodied energy and resultant CO2 content than fired clay face or clay stock brick work. This results in the Hydraform blocks having a lower embodied energy content than clay fired bricks, resulting in a lower CO2 footprint making the Hydraform blocks more desirable for Green Projects. Also these are interlocking so they do not use mortar when building thus them considerably cheaper and are not burnt and therefore are environmental friendly.

Promotion of hydraform building bricks/blocks should be promoted and sustained to anable people afford decent houses and protect the environment , Cost effective and eco friendly building materials. The community here has been (years and years) making bricks for houses construction through bricks smoldering using fire wood which are the source of trees cutting everywhere. This machine will diminish trees cutting and environment being protected and thus will avoid the depletion of our forests comparing to the commonly burnt bricks.
