Want to Sell and Export Dried Fruit and Meat, Juice and Wine in Luwero, Uganda
I have a 50 acre organic farm in central Uganda and would like to figure out how to sell and export dried fruit and meat, juice and wine.

I am David and live in Antioch, CA but have a farm in Luwero, Uganda. I started the farm in 2005 and I am developing it slowly but surely. It has 1000 chicks layers, 50 pigs, 20,000 suckers of pineapple, 4 arces of maize, 2 acres of trees , and a banana plantation. It is a 50 acre farm and what is grown is all organic. I am in the process of certifying the farm as organic and then plan to dry the pineapple and package them for export. I don't have the market yet. I also plan to make wine from the pineapples as value addition. Making juices is also another project. The piggery plan is to get machines and work on making suasages, and other meat products. To do that, I will need a well built building and put in a freezer, ice maker, smoker sausager makers, meat cutters, and meat grinders. You get the picture. I will also need electricity either by solar or by line. As you remember Luwero, the farm is 5 miles away from Luwero town. It will cost me to get that
power to the farm. What advice do you have for me?
