Connect Africa
SUMMARY
Using the Internet effectively to create a community with ideas and solutions.
ESTIMATED COST: $0
Each village and every city division should have an internet connectivity site to collaborate on solving Africa's problems from within and building a continental community. These sites would be much like public libraries and equipped with virtual processing stations (a site with ten stations would cost about $150 [US] for each station). Internet connectivity could be ubiquitous and sharing ideas would help breakdown barriers, solve common problems, and bring attention to local issues in need of outside support. This project offers the most bang for the buck in terms of economic input versus actual output.
