The only thing Africa needs is electricity! Put solar panels all over Africa, build dams and give them Electricity. With electricity they can create wells that pump water into every village in numerous places, clean the water, irrigate the plants, and just basically live like human beings.
There is nothing more important than electricity and it is the answer to so many problems.
